DHZ Fitness sells commercial equipment in a catalogue organised by machine type, and it publishes the catalogue and the series names but almost nothing behind it. The strength range runs through Selectorized, Plate Loaded, Cable Motion, Power Rack, Benches & Racks and Multi Station; the cardio range through the PMT (Physical Motion Trainer), Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes and Rower; then Cross Training, 360 Group Training, and an accessories group that includes Attachment Set, Bars, Free Weights, a Gym Cooling Fan and a Vibration Massager. Within plate-loaded, the TITAN line splits into two named machines — TITAN-Mechanix and TITAN-Xtreme — and other plate-loaded models carry their own names, including the Power Squat, the Power Squat EX, the Discovery-P Series Shoulder Press and the Discovery-P Series Rear Kick.

What matters when choosing DHZ Fitness

The warranty is a support request, not a published document. The site’s contact form lists the support types it accepts, and “Warranty Claim” and “Spare Parts Request” are two of them. There is no warranty page and no warranty schedule on the site: a warranty term is something you get in writing from the dealer for the machine you are buying, not something you can read off the manufacturer’s own pages. Ask for the term per machine, not per brand, and ask what it covers on the moving parts rather than the frame.

Per-machine specifications are not readable on the catalogue pages either. The category pages carry product photography and a short description of what the movement is for, and the listings paginate through five pages. We could not read a weight, a dimension or a steel grade off any of them, so we are not quoting one. If a specification decides your purchase, get it in the quotation.

OEM is a route the brand describes explicitly. The site’s enquiry form asks you to identify your business type — chain gym, distributor or dealer, hotel or resort, school or university, corporate gym, training studio, government or public facility, rehabilitation or medical facility, contractor or project company — and then your project stage: new gym project, gym upgrade or replacement, distribution or resale, tender or project bidding, or OEM / Customization. For a white-label order, that form is the published route.

The site is bilingual and sells through dealers. English and French versions are published. Individual machine pricing is not published; there is an enquiry path instead, and DHZ describes itself as selling through dealers and manufacturing to order.

Before you buy

• Get the warranty term, the covered components and the parts-availability period in writing, per machine, from the dealer — the site publishes none of it.
• Get the machine’s weight, footprint and steel specification in the quotation, since the catalogue pages do not carry them readably.
• Establish who services the machine in your country and where the nearest parts stock is, before accepting the delivery date.
• If you are buying for a brand rather than a club, use the OEM / Customization project stage and get the tooling, labelling and minimum-order terms written down.
