Redefining Strategy Through Attributable Intelligence.
FitnessNav Intelligence is an independent research publication covering fitness brands, equipment and club economics.
Our Heritage & Unique Lens
We exist to solve a critical challenge: in a market overflowing with data, true insight—verified, contextualized, and actionable—remains scarce.
What we bring to a market overflowing with data is not privileged access but traceability: manufacturer warranty terms and product specifications transcribed from the publisher's own documents, scored against one fixed model that is published in full, with the source and the date recorded next to every figure. Where a number would need data we do not have — a tested failure rate, a surveyed member, an audited procurement file — we say so instead of estimating.
Strategic Purpose:
"Choosing a partner or entering a new market should be driven by empirical evidence and strategic foresight, not intuition alone."

Full boilerplate
FitnessNav Intelligence is an independent research publication covering fitness brands, equipment and club economics. It publishes 206 brand profiles scored against a fixed six-dimension model — durability 25%, innovation 20%, user experience 20%, value 15%, support 10%, technology 10% — along with 61 research and buying-guide reports and transcribed commercial warranty terms for 19 manufacturers.
Every figure carries one of five evidence labels: Documented, Manufacturer-reported, Editorial assessment, Scenario estimate, or Not independently verified. The scoring formula, the labels and the limitations are published in full at fitnessnav.com/methodology, and the warranty comparison it draws on is at fitnessnav.com/insights/commercial-equipment-warranty-terms-comparison.
FitnessNav does not operate gyms, test hardware, or hold a first-party dataset. It has no measured failure rates, no audited procurement records and no member surveys, and it publishes no residual-value percentages for any brand — each of those would require data it does not have. Where a figure would need such data, it is left out or labelled as an assumption rather than estimated.

The FitnessNav Standard
Transcription, Not Assertion
Every figure we publish carries one of five evidence labels: Documented, Manufacturer-reported, Editorial assessment, Scenario estimate, or Not independently verified. The label and the source are both shown, so you can tell which kind of claim you are reading before you rely on it.
Global Context, Local Depth
Fitness is a global market with local rules. Our analysis synthesizes worldwide capital flows and innovation pipelines, contextualized for specific regional dynamics.
No First-Party Dataset
We operate no gyms, run no equipment fleet and collect no telemetry, so every rating comes from what a manufacturer or a regulator published rather than from measurements of our own. That is a real limit on what we can conclude, and we publish it instead of hiding it.
Engineered for Impact
Our platform and reports are designed for one purpose: to drive tangible business outcomes for investors, executives, and professionals.
