RitFit sells power racks, Smith machines, benches, bars and free weights for home gyms, and it publishes both a warranty schedule and a per-product specification sheet on its own site. The brand says it started in Delaware in 2015 building beginner-friendly, reasonably-priced equipment. That combination is what makes the commercial terms checkable before you order, which is the reason this page is built around them.
What matters when choosing RitFit
The warranty schedule is published, and the headline is shorter than it looks. Power cages are listed at 3 years basic, except the Multifunctional Smith Machine BPC05 at 5 years basic. “Basic” is a defined term in that schedule: 3 years on frames, 1 year on parts, 90 days on cover and upholstery. Frames are structure/steel and structural welds; parts are bolts, nuts and washers.
Barbell cover is scoped to bending. Olympic, EZ and training bars carry 3 years each, but the schedule states that this runs “against bending” and excludes bars damaged through negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. That is not a general defects term, and it is the clause most likely to be read as one.
Terms differ by product group, not by brand. Benches: frame 3 years, parts 6 months, pads 6 months. Strength equipment: welding 3 years, bushings and bearings 1 year. Everything in the schedule’s “others” group — weight racks at 2 years, then weight plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, flooring mats, plyo boxes, medicine balls, power cage attachments and exercise mats at 1 year each, with bands at 9 months.
Cover stops at the state line. The schedule states that the policy “does not apply to any products that leave the lower 48 states in the United States”. It is also limited to the original purchaser named at the time of ordering, and RitFit “has the discretion to decline warranty requests” that fall outside the schedule.
Specifications are published per model. The M1 PRO page gives rack height, length and width, footprint in square feet, rack weight, steel gauge, frame capacity and the loaded capacities of the pull-up bar, Smith bar and safety arms. That is enough to check ceiling height, floor space and the weight you actually intend to lift before ordering rather than after delivery.
Delivery and assembly are separate items. Product pages state free shipping and that the machine ships within 2-3 days, and include a setup and usage guide with detailed assembly instructions. No assembly service is offered on the pages we read.
Prices are published per configuration, and the plate package is the variable. The M1 PRO with the BLP01 leg press package was listed at a sale price of $1,849.99 against a regular price of $1,899.99, with the package selectable as no plates, a 260 lb set or a 370 lb set. A figure for one configuration is not a figure for the machine, so read the option you are actually buying.
Before you buy
- Read the “Basic” definition before comparing years. A 3-year basic term and a 3-year parts-and-labour term are not the same product. Ask which components the frame term actually names, and what upholstery and covers are excluded.
- Expect to pay return shipping on a change of mind. Refund requests must be initiated within 35 days of purchase. The seller covers return shipping for defects or its own fault; the buyer covers it otherwise. Cancelling an unshipped order within 24 hours gets a full refund processed within 1-3 days, and after 12 hours the buyer covers return shipping.
- Photograph the packaging on arrival. The return policy asks for photos or videos of damaged packaging when you apply for a return, and the warranty page asks that delivery damage be documented and escalated to customer service immediately.
- Get freight and delivery terms in writing. The shipping information page we read states no freight, liftgate or delivery-window charges, so treat residential surcharges and delivery windows as unconfirmed until you have them in writing.
